"We stopped here 8th December for 1 night for the illuminations and was really happy with the room very warm clean and bed very comfortable dog friendly which is a must for us and we had breakfast and was lovely and pebbles my dog got a sausage bless her what a lovely gesture and would ? percent be using again when come to Blackpool without doubt would recommend very nice lady can't do enough thanks for ha??"

yvonne accommodated my large dog with a bigger room and a back door, it was very helpful. she also bought a large crate before i arrived, my dog could be comfortable while i went out. yvonne made sure i ate, even when i was late for breakfast, and it was delicious. sausages were available for the dogs, great.

the kettle's position was a slight concern, it was high on a shelf, so an extension lead was needed because the power socket was not close.

the room i stayed in really lacked upkeep. paint was needed on the walls, and the wallpaper showed noticeable patches. exposed wires also concerned me. at least the shower room was clean. it just wasnt as i expected.

Oh my gosh, what a find this place is. The room felt perfect, such a good size for a short visit and had every facility you could need. A bathroom was all mine and included towels with wash stuff included. There was brewing up stuff, and I used it for a lovely morning hot drink. Breakfast the next morning really perked me up.

The location could have been better, but honestly, it's hard to fault this place. A little dust was seen on the carpet edges.

Minutes away by foot stood the Tower, Winter Gardens. the Beach. The Promenade was also only minutes away. Secure access existed. Limited parking availability worked well during the off-season, offering free roadside spots.

I noticed tea and coffee in the room. There was also plenty of biscuits. The landlady greeted me upon arrival, even offered a nice cup of tea with biscuits. The WiFi signal was strong.

The room felt rather cramped. I nearly knocked myself out on the shelf above the sink. A used toilet paper roll was already in place. Fresh tea bags seemed like an afterthought. I booked parking, and I was initially told they had no record.

the hostess provided a warm welcome. my room was an excellent size and had everything i needed, including a comfy bed. breakfast was plentiful and delicious. i found the location near the main center.

the carpet edges were dusty. the ceiling had been plastered, but looked unsightly. there was only a quarter of a toilet roll in the room! the room was very small.
